Our production capacity
The machine park
When we make your product we combine a high level of knowledge and experience with technological resources and up-to-date equipment. This is what is installed on our floor.
Equipment
Our production capacity consists of
Capacity is not just a machine count. What matters is having the right machine type for each part, enough of them to absorb a volume increase, and the inspection equipment to prove the result.
| Equipment | Units | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| CNC slide head machines | 50 | Swiss-type turning of long, slender components in high volume |
| CNC revolver (turret) turning machines | 20 | Larger diameters, chucking work and heavier milling content |
| Super precision hard turning CNC machines | 3 | Machining of hardened material after heat treatment |
| Hydromat high volume production machines | 2 | Rotary transfer machining for very large series |
| Ultrasonic degreasing and washing plant | 1 | Technical cleanliness of finished components |
| Contact and non-contact inspection equipment | Multiple | Dimensional verification, SPC, 100% camera sorting |
| 3D measuring equipment (CMM) | Multiple | Verification of complex geometry and form tolerances |
Capability by process
| Process | Diameter | Length | Lot size |
|---|---|---|---|
| Swiss turning (sliding head) | Ø 1–30 mm | 0.5–600 mm | 10 – 1,000,000 |
| Automatic turning (bar) | Ø 1–65 mm | 0.5–250 mm | 10 – 1,000,000 |
| Turning | Ø 3–65 mm | 0.5–250 mm | 10 – 5,000,000 |
| Full-range turning incl. milling | Ø 3–65 mm | 0.5–250 mm | 10 – 1,000,000 |
Our standard series production range is Ø 2–52 mm; the figures above are the full machine envelope. If your part sits at the edge of it, ask — we will tell you honestly whether it runs economically.

How the machines are used
Matching the part to the process
CNC sliding head lathes — 50 machines
Swiss-type automatics support the bar close to the cutting point, which is what makes long, slender parts possible at all. With driven tools, back-working spindles and bar feeders they produce a complete component in one cycle and run unattended overnight.
CNC turret turning machines — 20 machines
Turret centres take over where diameter, wall thickness or milling content exceed what a sliding head can carry. They handle both bar and cast blanks up to Ø 52 mm.
Super-precision hard turning — 3 machines
Some parts have to be hardened before their final dimensions are cut. Hard turning replaces a grinding operation, removing a process step, a supplier and a transport leg.
Hydromat rotary transfer — 2 machines
Rotary transfer machines carry the part through many stations simultaneously. They only make economic sense at very high volume — which is exactly what they are there for.
Washing & inspection
Clean, measured, then packed
Every batch passes through the ultrasonic degreasing and washing plant before final inspection. Hydraulic and automotive customers specify technical cleanliness, and residual chips or oil are as much a defect as a wrong dimension.
Inspection combines contact and non-contact methods. Where a part demands it, we run 100% camera sorting, SPC analysis of measured dimensions and CMM measurement of complex geometries.
