What fits on our machines
The quickest way to know whether a part suits us is the diameter and the volume. From Ø 2 mm to Ø 52 mm, in repeat series, we are very hard to beat.
| Turning diameter | Ø 2 mm – Ø 52 mm standard (machine envelope Ø 1–65 mm) |
|---|---|
| Part length | 0.5 mm – 600 mm, depending on process |
| Lot sizes | 10 – 5,000,000 pieces |
| Raw material form | Bar stock and castings |
| Process types | Swiss turning, automatic bar turning, turret turning, full-range turning with milling, hard turning, rotary transfer |
| Secondary operations | Grinding, deburring, ultrasonic washing, plating, heat treatment |
| Inspection | CMM, optical non-contact, SPC, 100% camera sorting |
| Documentation | FMEA, capability studies, PPAP level 5, IMDS, certificate of conformity |

Materials
Metals we machine
Using up-to-date production and quality equipment we machine parts from a wide range of raw materials, all sourced from European suppliers with full traceability.
Stainless steel
V2A and V4A, in austenitic, ferritic and martensitic grades, for corrosion-resistant components.
Carbon & alloy steel
Structural, free-cutting, case-hardening, tempering, tool, spring and cold extruding steels.
Aluminium
Bar stock and cast parts where weight and thermal conductivity matter.
Brass, copper & zinc
Free-machining brass, copper alloys and zinc alloys for fittings, contacts and hydraulics.
Titanium alloys
Where strength-to-weight and corrosion resistance justify the machining cost.
Nickel alloys
Inconel, Monel and Hastelloy for high temperature and aggressive media.
Hardened steel
Machined after heat treatment on our super-precision hard turning centres.
Thermoplastics
Insulating and low-friction turned components where metal is not required.
