Learn on real machines, on real parts
A small company is a good place to learn, because nothing is hidden behind a department wall. You will see the drawing, the machine, the measurement and the customer complaint — all in the same week.
Practical training
During your studies we offer the opportunity to complete compulsory practical work and to work through the student employment service. You will be paired with an experienced operator or technologist rather than left to watch.
Thesis projects
We offer the possibility of writing your degree or master's thesis in cooperation with us. You can propose the topic yourself or define it together with our engineers, and we provide the production data, measurements and process access you need.
First employment
When selecting candidates we pay the most attention to personal qualities, the match between the candidate's values and the company's values, and the potential for development that grows out of engagement.
Who we are looking for
Technical and science backgrounds
We pay particular attention to secondary school and university students from technical and science backgrounds — future mechanical engineers, mechanical technicians and machine operators.
If that is you, get in touch even if we have nothing advertised. Practical training places and thesis topics are arranged individually, not through a vacancy list.
